The Basic Server: An Ultra Reliable, Entry-Level Server
The Basic Server is designed to provide an ultra-reliable, entry-level server, featuring the most cost-effective server class motherboard available, a Xeon E3-1200 V5 series processor, up to 64GB server-grade unbuffered ECC DDR4 Memory for long-term stability and performance. We build our basic, entry-level server in the NZXT Source 210 case. The Source 210 is build for technicians, as well as home server enthusiasts. This cost-effective case features up to eight internal hard drives and three external drives, cable management, a front USB 3.0 port, as well as easy access. Our configuration can support up to six data drives, ideal for the home or small office server.
ECC memory (not available with Socket 1151 systems that aren't Xeon based) helps protect against data corruption, promotes system stability, and helps to reduce the number of crashes. With up to 64GB of DDR4 Memory, this Basic Server performs quickly and flawlessly as well.
The Basic Server supports a wide-range of mainstream server and client OS, including Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, as well as Ubuntu, CentOS, Redhat, and SuSE Linux (plus many more) meet the demand of differing customers.
